Terms & Conditions for Travel Packages

  1. Booking & Payments
    A minimum deposit (20% of the total package cost) is required at the time of booking.
    Full payment must be made 15 days before departure.
    Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment and confirmation from our team.
    Prices are subject to change until full payment is received due to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, taxes, or supplier costs.
  2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
    Cancellations by Guests: More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus processing fees.
    15–30 days before departure: Based on terms of local service partners.
    Less than 15 days before departure: No refund.
    Cancellations by the Company: If the company cancels a tour due to unforeseen reasons, guests will be offered a full refund or an alternative tour.
    The company is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, etc.).
  3. Travel Documents & Requirements
    Guests must carry valid passports, visas, and required travel documents.
    The company is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to incorrect or missing documents.
    Some countries/regions may have vaccination or health requirements—guests must check before travel.
  4. Changes & Modifications to the Itinerary
    The company reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
    Any guest-requested changes (e.g., date changes, upgrades) may be subject to additional charges.
    If a hotel/transport service is unavailable, an equivalent alternative will be arranged.
  5. Travel Insurance & Liability
    Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected issues.
    The company is not liable for:
    (a)Delays, cancellations, or changes caused by airlines, hotels, or local service providers.
    Injuries, loss of belongings, or accidents during the trip.
    (b)Personal expenses not included in the package (e.g., food, tips, shopping, additional excursions).
  6. Accommodation & Transport
    Hotels will be as per the package category (standard, deluxe, luxury).
    Check-in and check-out times follow hotel policies. Early check-in or late check-out may incur extra charges.
    Transport services (cars, houseboats, flights) are arranged per itinerary. Guests must arrive on time for transfers.
  7. Code of Conduct
    Guests must follow local laws and cultural norms.
    Any misconduct or illegal activities (e.g., drug use, damage to property) will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
    Guests are responsible for keeping their belongings safe. The company is not liable for lost or stolen items.
  8. Complaints & Dispute Resolution
    Any complaints during the trip must be reported immediately to the tour manager or support team.
    The company will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues but is not responsible for dissatisfaction due to personal preferences.
    Legal disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the state of Kerala.
  9. Additional Terms for Customized & Group Bookings
    Group discounts or special rates may be available for larger bookings.
    Any changes to group tours must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
    Private/customized trips may have separate policies for modifications and cancellations.
  10. Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Events Policy)
    The company is not responsible for cancellations or changes due to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, political unrest, airline failures, or other uncontrollable events.
    In such cases, refunds will be subject to hotel, airline, and supplier policies. The company may offer rescheduling options instead of refunds.
    Guests should purchase travel insurance to cover such situations.
  11. No-Show & Late Arrival Policy
    If a guest fails to show up for a tour or service, they will not be eligible for a refund.
    If a guest is late for scheduled departures (flights, transfers, activities), the company is not responsible for missed services.
    Additional charges may apply if an alternate arrangement is required.
  12. Changes in Pricing & Taxes
    Government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, and supplier pricing may change at any time. Guests will be notified of price changes before final payment.
    If a guest refuses to pay the revised amount, the booking may be canceled, subject to the cancellation policy.
  13. Medical & Emergency Policy
    Guests must disclose pre-existing medical conditions before booking.
    The company is not responsible for any medical emergencies during the trip.
    Emergency medical assistance will be arranged, but all costs must be borne by the traveler.
    Guests should carry essential medications and a doctor’s prescription if required.
  14. Child & Infant Policy
    Special pricing and policies may apply for children and infants (e.g., extra beds, child meals, age restrictions for adventure activities).
    Parents/guardians must supervise their children at all times.
    The company is not responsible for any child-related accidents or issues.
  15. Behavior & Damage Policy
    Guests must respect local culture, laws, and property.
    If a guest damages hotel property, vehicles, or equipment, they are responsible for paying the full repair/replacement cost.
    Any disruptive behavior (harassment, intoxication, illegal activities) may result in immediate removal from the tour without a refund.
  16. Photography & Media Policy
    The company may take photos/videos during tours for promotional purposes.
    If guests do not wish to be photographed, they must inform the tour manager in advance.
    Unauthorized drone usage may be restricted in certain locations.
  17. Houseboat & Cruise Policy (If Applicable)
    Check-in and check-out times must be followed strictly.
    Alcohol and smoking policies vary by operator and should be confirmed in advance.
    Guests should follow safety instructions while onboard to avoid accidents.
  18. Wildlife & Adventure Activity Policy
    Activities like trekking, wildlife safaris, water sports, and adventure tours are conducted by third-party providers. The company is not responsible for injuries or accidents.
    Guests must sign a liability waiver before participating in risky activities.
